Brad is out for now but maybe not for good
Our favorite lab tech has left General Hospital. This is not the first time Brad has left Port Charles. Will he ever return?
Switcheroo
Brad (Parry Shen) is known for switching blood tests and babies. He went to Pentonville and lost Lucas (Van Hansis) for claiming Wiley (Viron Weaver) as his own. When he begged for his job back at GH, he swore he had put those days behind him. Brad just can’t help himself and was soon back in trouble. He and Portia (Brook Kerr) played a dangerous game, and Brad won.
This time, it was power that switched. The Chief of Staff thought she had him where she wanted, and he had no choice but to do her bidding. He sold her out. Brad told Drew (Cameron Mathison) that Portia was the one who drugged him and got paid one million dollars. He bought himself a new suit, said goodbye to his ex, and left the building.

Shen has played Brad on and off since 2013. His latest stint began in August 2024 and has now ended, but Brad has been gone before. GH fans love, or love to hate, Brad. He’s the guy who sometimes tries to do the right thing, but it always turns out wrong.
Lucas is moving on with Marco (Adrian Anchondo), and it is best for Brad to take his million dallars and stay away. He should start somewhere fresh and move on with his life. But GH never fully closes the door on the lab tech. Maybe he will come back to Port Charles one day with a new love and a new life. Stranger things have happened. Would you like to see more Brad?
