Is Rocco Next To Discover His Real Parents On June 25 General Hospital?

Niw that Gio knows the truth about his parents, his new brother may not actually be his brother after the June 25, 2025 episode of General Hospital.

The Parent Trap

It’s Rocco’s (Finn Carr) first day as a pool boy alongside Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), and his new boss just happens to double as his new brother, Gio (Giovanni Mazza). But what Rocco doesn’t know is that he may be next to learn the truth about his birth.

Over at the Quartermaine Mansion, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) retrieved a file from Marco (Adrian Anchondo) containing not only Rocco’s birth certificate naming Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) his parents, but also his original birth certificate from when Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) gave birth to him.

The baby mess of 2013 began with Britt stealing one of Dante and Lulu’s embryos and implanting it into herself, and ended with the truth coming out six months later when “Ben” was revealed to be Dante and Lulu’s son, who they named Rocco.

Now that Brook Lynn is seeking revenge against Lulu and Thiebaud is about to make her GH return, many are speculating that Rocco may not actually be Dante and Lulu’s son. And with the two birth certificates sitting in the Q Mansion, it’s only a matter of time until someone discovers them.

Meanwhile, back at the Metro Court pool, Gio has finally come face-to-face with his dad after Dante arrived up to talk to him. Dante has been the main person Gio chose to avoid since the truth came out, assuming his newfound father wants nothing to do with him after the way he tore into him during Rocco’s alcohol poisoning. But now, he may have no choice but to face Dante while on the job.
