Parker was asked if she had seen the latest installment of the HBO Max series, and her first response was, "I can't watch Pedro die." The actress reveals that this isn't the first time she has been asked this. She explained that Pedro Pascal himself would message her, asking if she had seen it. She does have plans to watch the show and is keen to see Bella Ramsey reprise her role as Ellie. However, it will take some time to get over that one heartbreaking scene in Episode 2.
"I can't watch Pedro die! Are you kidding? He's been hounding. Not really, but he keeps being like, 'Have you seen it yet? What have you think of it?' And I'm just like 'I can't, I literally can't do it!' But I think that the cast is so brilliant, and I'm so excited to see Bella just absolutely storm it. So I do need to watch it. I've seen some of it. I can't watch that episode. But I am gonna do it, I think. But I just need to have, like, three days of, you know, rest period afterwards. I keep seeing clips, and it's just too much. I cant, it makes me too sad."
Parker only appeared in the first episode of The Last of Us in Season 1 as Joel's daughter, Sarah Miller, who dies during the events of Outbreak Day. While her character doesn't appear after that, her name gets mentioned in a handful of episodes throughout Seasons 1 and 2.
