Britain's Got Talent viewers were left complaining on social media just minutes into the third live semi-final on Saturday

Merely minutes into its third live semi-final show on Saturday evening (10 May), 'Britain's Got Talent' viewers were already airing a common grievance.

Audiences at home witnessed an array of performances from Albert Amores, Bao Cuong, Electric Umbrella, Harry and Lewis, Jasmine Rice, Mickey Callisto, Ping Pong Pang, and RuMac, while the regular judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli took up their seats alongside hosts Ant and Dec for the eventful two-hour special.

Yet, it wasn't long before the in-studio crowd's reactions sparked controversy, with their boos and cheers drowning out both judges' comments and the acts themselves.

Viewers soon vented their frustration on Twitter, now X. One said: "Dear Audience Pipe down please Many thanks Everyone #BGT #BritainsGotTalent", with another tweeting: "BRUH SHUT UP AUDIENCE #bgt".

Further feedback included, "Audience shut up. My ears can't handle you screaming! #BGT" and "@BGT #BGT The audience are driving me insane..... shut up! ! ! ! ! ! ! !", while one viewer summed up their feelings with: "This is why I can't stand the audience at these live shows #BGT.", reports Belfast Live.Britain's Got Talent

In the midst of the rowdy atmosphere, judge Bruno, 69, hit the Golden Buzzer for Jasmine Rice's amazing act.

Earlier in the programme, Alesha, 46, also found time to praise host Ant, 49, for his sharp look.

During the episode, Ant stepped up to chat with the judges, joined by his co-host Declan, 49.Britain's Got Talent

The banter took an interesting turn when Alesha couldn't help but compliment Ant on his sharp attire. Ant revealed a fun fact that the suit was a throwback to his Pop Idol presenting days from 2001 to 2003.

Alesha couldn't mask her enthusiasm, gushing: "We were just admiring your suit by the way, saying how dapper you look!" This led Ant to let slip: "Simon, this was a suit from Pop Idol series two! I mean it had to be let out a little bit..."

Alesha beamed at the nostalgic reference, replying with: "Oh my God! I love that! You see, there you go!".For those who might have missed it, Pop Idol was ITV's hit early music competition show created by Simon Fuller, which aimed to discover Britain's new pop sensation through viewer voting and it ran from 2001-2003.

Ant and Dec served as the hosts during its tenure, while Simon, 65, sat on the judging panel.

Fans reacted on Twitter, now X, showering praise on Ant's outfit choice, with tweets flooding in like: "Ant in that velvet suit #BritainsGotTalent!" and another fan tweeting: "Ant. Mcpartlin. In. VELVET. #bgt."
