A new chapter.
Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Jade Roper Tolbert and Tanner Tolbert first fell in love and got engaged on the beach during Season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, they’ve gotten married and welcomed three children together: Emerson, Brooks, and Reed.
Last year, the Tolberts moved back to Kansas City after living in Orange County, California, and shared that they bought 10 acres to build their dream home on.
Now, Jade and Tanner have taken to Instagram to share a new family update.

Alongside a photo of the five of them, Jade wrote, “Life update: sometimes things don’t go the way you planned… and that’s okay.”
The Bachelor Nation star then revealed that their family has decided to let go of all the land they recently bought.
She said, “We’ve made the tough decision to let go of our land and the home we were planning to build. It’s bittersweet — so much heart went into that dream — but we’re choosing to trust that this is making space for something even better.”
Jade then shared that while disappointed, she and Tanner are still feeling optimistic about the future.

“We’re moving forward with hope, open hearts, and faith that what’s meant for us is still out there,” she expressed.
Jade ended the post with a note of gratitude and encouragement that their family will find their forever home.
She shared, “Thanks for being on this journey with us — more to come soon. Now it’s time to go find that forever home!”
Followers filled the post with words of love and support and Tanner commented, “Goodbye land… 👋🏻”
We’re sending our love to Jade and Tanner, and wishing their family all the best as they search for their dream home. We know they will find the perfect place!
