Jason Sudeikis asks Travis Kelce when he’s going to ‘make an honest woman’ out of Taylor Swift in Big Slick skit
Put on the spot.
Jason Sudeikis asked Travis Kelce when he was going to tie the knot with girlfriend Taylor Swift during the actor’s Big Slick skit in Kansas City, Mo.
“Hey Travis, real talk OK, just the guys here,” he said to the Kansas City Chiefs star in front of a live audience during the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend, according to a video shared on X Saturday night.
Sudeikis, who was sitting at a table with Robert Smigel, George Wendt and Kelce, then tilted his sunglasses, looked at Kelce and asked, “Hey, when are you going to make an honest woman out of her?”
As the audience erupted in cheer, the tight end rubbed his beard and smiled. However, he did not answer the question.
“Taylor doesn’t need to be working anymore,” the “Ted Lasso” alum, 48, added.
Kelce and Swift, both 34, went public with their romance in September 2023, after the “Bad Blood” singer attended her beau’s football game against the Chicago Bears.
Though Kelce was coy when asked when they would take their romance to the next level, Page Six exclusively reported that he plans to pop the question this summer.
“Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan,” an insider told us in January.
“They will get engaged on their one-year anniversary in July.”
And last week, the Swfties believed Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, hinted that a wedding may be in the near future for his younger brother.
The siblings discussed their favorite Adam Sandler movie characters on their “New Heights” podcast.
When the three-time Super Bowl champ said the retired NFL star was similar to “either Bobby Boucher or ‘The Wedding Singer,’” Jason replied, “I was gonna go ‘Wedding Singer’ maybe for you.”
The former Philadelphia Eagles center then stared straight at the camera in silence as Travis laughed.
