Jax Taylor had “no idea” he was a “narcissist” until seeking in-patient mental health treatment amid his divorce from Brittany Cartwright.

The “Vanderpump Rules” alum answered questions from listeners about his 30-day stay in rehab during Friday’s episode of his “When Reality Hits” podcast.

When asked whether he would consider him a textbook narcissist, Taylor bluntly replied, “Yes.”

The reality TV star said he has “learned probably five new terms” that he had “never heard” of before starting treatment in July.

The “Valley” star discussed his 30-day stay in a mental health treatment facility on his podcast Friday.

“I’ve done them all for years and I had no idea,” he explained.

“I am a narcissist, yes,” he continued. “I breadcrumb, I love bomb [and also] gaslighting. I’m missing some but I do all these things. I had no idea there were terms for these things.”

The “Valley” star said he will “look up the definition” for various terms only to realize he fits the description to a T.

“So yes, I have to humble myself and say, ‘Do you think you’re a narcissist?’ And I do,” he said. “I don’t know how I became one. [But] I do believe I’m a narcissist.”

“I don’t know how I became one. [But] I do believe I’m a narcissist,” he candidly said.

However, the reality TV star, who was diagnosed with bipolar and post-traumatic stress disorder, noted that no doctor has verified his self-assessment.

“I am not a doctor, so I can’t say that for sure,” he added. “But by just looking up the definition, I have to agree.”

He continued, “And I’ve been this person for years and I had no idea. I was never held accountable for my actions for many, many years until recently — until people have had enough.”

Taylor explained that people were “tired of walking on eggshells” around him — including Cartwright, whom he admittedly “took for granted.”

However, Taylor said he has not been officially diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder.

He was, however, recently diagnosed with bipolar and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Earlier in the episode, Taylor admitted he was “sad” that it took him “this long” to seek help after years of his estranged wife begging him to sort out his anger issues.

“Brittany has been asking me to do something like this for a very long time and I just come from a background where we just really don’t ask for help,” he explained.

However, Taylor is “hoping” that he can “break that cycle” with his 3-year-old son, Cruz.

“If he needs help, he can ask,” Taylor said.

During his stay in rehab, the Bravolebrity star spent nearly seven hours a day in therapy, which made leaving the facility a bit scary.

Taylor entered treatment amid his split from Brittany Cartwright.

Last week, Taylor admitted he was “so scared” to leave rehab and reimmerse himself back into his old lifestyle.

“I was so sad leaving. I was crying. I’m like, ‘I don’t wanna go,’” he said on his podcast. “I was scared to leave those front doors because [I had] structure every day.”

However, Taylor said reuniting with his son made it all worth it.

“I got to say, it was the highlight of this whole thing,” he said Friday. “It was my end goal. It was kind of like the Super Bowl. I had so many emotions. I cried my eyes out.”
