Jeff Lewіs Clаrіfіes Brynn Wһіtfіeld Snаrk: ‘I Never Cаlled Her аn Esсort’

If fighting with Jeff Lewis is a rite of passage for a Bravolebrity, then Brynn Whitfield is getting fully initiated right now. The Real Housewives of New York star has been going back and forth with Jeff, and the real estate superstar shows no sign of backing down.

The drama between the two started when Jeff had Erin Lichy on his Sirius XM show, Jeff Lewis Live. During the show, Jeff kept asking Erin about Brynn’s financial situation. He suggested that she was getting money from somewhere or someone else. He asked, “Is she being supplemented?”

Somehow, that question has spiraled into something messy. During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Jeff took a moment to explain himself, but we’re not sure if this beef is really squashed.

Jeff Lewis is clarifying, not apologizing

On WWHL, Andy Cohen read a question from a viewer who asked if Jeff owed Brynn an apology for his comments about her career. Jeff isn’t one to usually issue an apology, so he explained why he doesn’t owe her anything.

“What I said was, I thought she was possibly being supplemented, and that can mean a lot of things,” Jeff explained.

“That can be she’s dating someone for three years and he helps her financially. That can be a family member who helps her out financially. I never called her an escort. I never called her a prostitute. This is what she’s saying that I called her. I never said sugar daddy.”

Jeff told Andy there’s nothing wrong with being supplemented if that’s the case for Brynn. However, Brynn seems determined to prove to the world that she’s an independent woman.

During RHONY Season 15, Episode 7, Brynn dished on how she’s been traveling back and forth to London to work on a forthcoming dating app. Although some of her castmates admitted to being confused about how Brynn makes her money, she gushed about her current work situation.

“I worked in tech before so I like it. It’s good. I love my team,” she explained in the episode.
