JENELLE EVANS FORCED TO PAY DAVID EASON $30K MONTHLY PLUS A WHOPPING $40K TAX DEBT!

Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is having the most expensive bargain for her divorce with ex-husband David Eason.

She will have to pay him $30,000 in monthly instalments and also pay off their tax debt. The couple got divorced earlier this month and recently sat down to split their finances and belongings. They equally distributed their assets, with Jenelle keeping the home on ‘The Land,’ while David received a parcel of the land and his workshop.

The judge signed off on the couple’s mediation agreement on August 10, and as per the report, Jenelle will have to give him $30,000. However, this is not spousal support or alimony; she will have to pay him for equal distribution of assets. Furthermore, the court assigned Jenelle to take on the couple’s giant tax lien, which accounts for $40,000. She now holds sole responsibility for the tax debt that she and David owed to the North Carolina Department of Revenue.

Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans & David Eason To Soon Become Neighbors!

Jenelle Evans and David Eason’s marriage was explosive, filled with fights and even violent incidents, leading them to finally split. After their divorce, they divided their assets, including their North Carolina property. Jenelle kept the house, while David took the workshop right next to it, along with a parcel of land, making them potential neighbors.

He could even build a house there, while Jenelle can return anytime with her kids. The idea of them living side-by-side sounds like pure chaos. For now, Jenelle is in Las Vegas focusing on her career, and David lives with his girlfriend, Kenleigh. Still, with his workshop nearby, chances are they’ll be seeing each other more than they’d like.

If we add up the value of everything David received from the settlement, it totals $200,000, which is $439,000 less than Jenelle’s share. Because her share is larger, she will now pay David $30,000 in monthly instalments. This payment has nothing to do with spousal support but everything to do with equal division of assets.

In total, Jenelle now owes David $33,450.52 in cash, which she will give through his lawyer. She has 7 months to pay the entire amount in monthly installments. Additionally, she will also pay off their joint debt owed to the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Their debt amounts to $40,000, and she will make monthly installments until she pays it in full.

David took the maximum share of their guns and other munitions, but he must surrender them to the court because of his previous track record. Furthermore, Jenelle has a restraining order against him, so David will have to surrender the guns to the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office. Well, it seems like Jenelle has quite a lot to pay.
