Former Bachelorette Jenn Tran had the perfect response to a user claiming the franchise is in “shambles” because of her and former Bachelor Grant Ellis.
“No, no, no, you guys are looking at this all wrong,” Jenn, 27, said in a Monday, May 13, TikTok. “I was actually such an amazing Bachelorette and my relationship ended in such success that they can simply never find anyone to replace me because my season will be forever ingrained in your little brains and you’re never going to get out of your heads. Thank you.”
Jenn captioned her post, “Say it with me, long live Jenn Tran the last Bachelorette to ever cry tears on ur TV.”
Jenn starred as the lead of the franchise in 2024, ending season 21 engaged to Devin Strader. While reuniting with Devin, 29, at the live After the Final Rose ceremony, Jenn claimed he ended their engagement over the phone and pulled away after production wrapped. In an effort to refute her claims, Devin released a 13-minute video filled with their text messages — which he has since apologized for.

Jenn’s ex Grant, 31, went on to star as the Bachelor in season 29, where he handed out his final rose to Juliana Pasquarosa after being torn between her and runner-up Litia Garr. During the March finale, Grant and Juliana, 28, revealed their plans to start the next chapter of their lives in Boston.
While Grant’s season aired, news broke that The Bachelorette was set to skip a season. While the network had not canceled the reality show, Us understood that it was unlikely The Bachelorette would return in 2025. The reason for the show’s hiatus was not revealed at the time.
As ABC rolled out several cancellations and renewals earlier this month, the network has yet to share the status of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Spinoff show Bachelor in Paradise, meanwhile, is set to return for season 10. This time, contestants will travel to the beaches of Costa Rica to look for The One.
While several of Jenn’s exes will return to reality TV for BiP season 10 (Hakeem Moulton and Jonathan Johnson have been revealed so far), the former lead will not be heading to the beach. Us confirmed in December 2024 that Jenn is officially dating her former Dancing With the Stars season 33 partner, Sasha Farber.
While reflecting on her whirlwind last year, Jenn exclusively told Us earlier this month that it was “nothing that I could have ever imagined.”
“I think you go into [The Bachelorette] thinking, ‘This is gonna happen, that’s gonna happen.’ And nothing happened that I thought was actually gonna happen,” she said. “Instead, better things happened and I’ve been just so surprised. I constantly am and I’m just so grateful. The past year, I’ve really felt a lot of gratitude for what it has brought me.”
