Jenna Johnson claps back at troll who criticized her 2-year-old son, Rome, for using a bottle: ‘Get a life’

Jenna Johnson called out an internet troll who criticized her 2-year-old son, Rome, for drinking from a bottle.

Over the weekend, the “Dancing With the Stars” pro shared a snap of the toddler lying on her chest while drinking from the bottle. In response, a critic wrote in a vicious DM, reading, “Way too old for this fat r—-d to have a bottle.”

Johnson then shared a screenshot of the message and a scathing message to the netizen.

“Soooo yesterday I posted a pic of me and my son, who I hadn’t seen in 4 days and lots of people felt strongly about him drinking from a bottle,” she wrote.

The TV personality explained that it was “totally fine when other moms give *positive* advice,” adding she was “always open to feedback to an extent.”

“But this woman (who’s [sic] profile pic is of her holding her own baby) decided to DM me this,” she continued.

“What world are we living in?? I understand that I put my life out there publicly, which I honestly want to STOP doing when extremely rude and harmful messages toward my baby are sent to me,” Johnson, 31, wrote.

“But are we OK as a society? Also, you yourself are a MOM!!!!” she snapped back.

“Would you want me, a total stranger, to DM you this about your child? Because he’s drinking from a bottle??? Like WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING.”

Johnson clarified that she loves her “social media community” and feels “connected” to her followers.

“But enough is enough with the sad trolls/bullies on here,” she concluded. “Please unfollow me IMMEDIATELY and respectfully get a life.”

In a follow-up Story, Johnson shared that she “cried” after receiving heartfelt messages from her fans.

“My heart really hurt yesterday at how vile and mean some people can be, but once again I was shown how much this little community of mine on her can also show up,” she wrote.

“Let’s remember that we are all humans, navigating life the best we can,” the internet personality added. “But seriously, thank you for having my back and making me feel seen.”

Johnson welcomed Rome with her husband, Val Chmerkovskiy, 39, in January 2023.

While announcing her pregnancy in 2022, she got candid about struggling with infertility.

At the time, Johnson revealed that she and Chmerkovskiy, who wed in 2019, stopped “trying to conceive for about 6 months” before they got pregnant.
