Jennifer Love Hewitt Reveals How '9-1-1' Cast Feels Continuing Season 9 Without Peter Krause

Jennifer Love Hewitt revealed that 9-1-1 season 9 production is picking up, but it’s unfortunately continuing on without series lead Peter Krause.

If you don’t know, Peter‘s character Bobby Nash died in an April episode of the hit series, shocking fans. He was an original cast member, and his cast mates also seemed devastated by the loss.

Now, Jennifer is sharing how the cast is handling things getting back to work without him. If you don’t know, she portrays 9-1-1 dispatcher Maddie Han on the ABC series.

Jennifer remarked that the cast is “sad” continuing on without one of their leads.

“It’s not the same,” she told ET. “Nothing is the same.”

“But I do think that, you know, when you’re telling a story about first responders, unfortunately, those are the things that happen. He was the person that mattered to everyone in the cast the most,” she added “He was our hero. And he always will be.”
