During the current season of Real Housewives of Orange County – after rumors surfaced that Jennifer’s boyfriend Ryan Boyajian was allegedly involved in a gambling scheme – a smiling Tamra put on an FBI hat, claiming she was “right” about him all along.
She later went on Watch What Happens Live and accused him of stealing money from a baseball player. But she eventually apologized twice after Ryan shared that he hired a lawyer to sue her (the same lawyer that, according to reports, represented Jim Bellino, who successfully sued Tamra for slander in 2018).
In a reunion preview, Tamra denied that she gloated when the Ryan allegations surfaced.
“When all this is happening, it’s not funny to put an FBI hat on [and] say, ‘Doesn’t it feel good to be right?'” said Shannon, via @byewighellodrama on Instagram.
“When does it stop with you?” Jennifer asked Tamra. “Everybody feels like they’d rather be by your side than against you.”
Heather rushed to defend Tamra, claiming they were actually “friends friends.”
But Jennifer stood her ground.
“I asked you at that lunch…” shared Jennifer. “I said, ‘Is that really your girlfriend, Heather?’ … You said, ‘She’s a historical friend.'”
For a moment, it seemed Heather was about to deny it, but she added, “She is a historical friend.”
Shannon then suggested that Tamra takes things “much lower” than anyone else in the cast.
“I probably do,” Tamra admitted. “Yeah.”
At this point, Gina accused Tamra of throwing “venom” when angry.
“I am not gonna deny that,” said Tamra. “I’ve never denied that.”
“Alright,” Andy interjected. “Well, then, don’t be defensive when she’s pointing it out.”
“I’m just saying, have an awareness of the women around you who’ve been in your life a long time,” said Jennifer. “You go to a different level than any of us go to. At some point, Tamra, it hurts.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursday nights on Bravo.
