Jets' Breece Hall Offers Eyebrow-Raising Statement On Franchise Stability

The New York Jets over the past handful of seasons haven't had the most settled off-field administration, but that appears to have changed with new head coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey.

A first offseason for the pair has seen the franchise move in silence, but they have also had the entire locker room buy into what they are trying to achieve.

After two drama-filled seasons with the previous administration and Aaron Rodgers, it has been a much quieter offseason for the Jets, and running back Breece Hall has noticed the difference.

"In the past there has been a lot of instability and stuff around the whole operation, but I feel like this year like I said everybody has bought into this coaching staff," Hall said. "Everybody's bought into our GM. Everybody's bought into our owners too, so it feels a lot better coming in here every day."

What NFL fans are getting wrong about NY Jets' Breece Hall

That is quite the statement, and perhaps a little peek behind the curtain of how things had been in the previous year or so.

With so many headlines being made and drama seemingly occurring almost every week, with players reportedly unhappy, now that Glenn is steering the ship, he has not only gotten everyone pulling in the same direction but has also limited the distractions.

Football is the only thing we think about when it comes to the Jets this offseason, not what the next headline will be, and Hall's words only validate that thought. It is a new era for the Jets, and one that has seen the once baggage-filled franchise be the topic of every conversation, moving in silence has been hugely beneficial.

With an off-field stability that Glenn and Mougey have brought being the driving force in building a positive foundation.
