New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson is not going to go down without a fight.
Wilson knows the look. The Jets are 3-8 and the playoffs are out of the picture.
But he’s still motivating himself… even if it’s personal goals.
“I want to find a way to get to a thousand (yards),” Wilson told the “Up & Adams” show. “That’s where I want to get to, and obviously win games during that.”
Sound self centered? Well based on the way New York interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich was talking, it’s not. Ulbrich thinks… Wilson is right.
“There’s not another Garrett on this Earth,” Ulbrich said via video conference. “The way he separates, the movement.”
Wilson is en route to hit those numbers. He has 69 catches for 722 and five touchdowns.
Will he hit that? Time will tell.
