Jets được liên kết với 'Best Day 2 Draft Fit' như vũ khí của Justin Fields

The New York Jets have a brand new starting quarterback in Justin Fields, and the team will be looking to give him all the weapons they can in order to give him the best chance to succeed.

In a recent article by PFF's Mason Cameron, he picks one player that he believes is the best fit for every team on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft. For the Jets, he thinks they could scoop up another offensive piece in Iowa Stat wide receive Jaylin Noel.

"Outside of Garrett Wilson, the Jets‘ receiving corps lacks upside options who consistently separate," Cameron writes. "Noel provides this unit with just that, a compact but powerful player with control and short-area quickness that produced a separation rate in the 87th percentile."

Wilson had a down-year in terms of production in 2024, but the team is confident he will return to form now this season. With that being said, it is always good to have more weapons on the offensive side.

Noel finished his senior season with the Iowa State Cyclones with 1,194 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. He ran a solid 4.39 in the 40-yard dash, and had a very impressive 41.5 inch vertical at the NFL Draft Combine, which shows the athleticism that he has at 5-10, 194 pounds.

Fields is looking for a fresh start with the Jets, and having another guy to throw to like Noel could give him an even better chance at succeeding like the team knows he can.
