Joe Giudice Begs Trump for Presidential Pardon After Todd and Julie Chrisley’s Success

Joe Giudice – the grumbling dad from Real Housewives of New Jersey and ex-husband of Teresa Giudice – wants to follow in the Chrisleys’ footsteps.

After watching and reacting to Todd and Julie Chrisley scoring early prison releases thanks to Donald Trump, Joe is now making his own plea to the president.

Immigration officials deported “Juicy Joe” to Italy in 2019 after he served time for federal fraud charges. Now, more than six years later, he lives in the Bahamas and is publicly begging for a presidential pardon.

Could Joe Giudice be pardoned by President Trump after being deported?

On Thursday, Joe posted a direct and emotional message to Trump on Instagram. “I’m Joe Giudice. I served my time, and I’ve been deported from the U.S. for nearly a decade,” he wrote. “I was raised in Jersey, I’m a father of four amazing daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again.”

Joe held legal permanent resident status in the United States. He immigrated from Italy as a child and grew up in New Jersey. Despite living in the U.S. for most of his life, he never became a naturalized citizen.

The post included photos with his daughters – Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana Giudice – clearly meant to tug at heartstrings. He added, “President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance.” Juicy tagged both Donald Sr. and Donald Trump Jr.

Meanwhile, his family is jumping in to support him. Teresa commented with prayer and heart emojis. Milania wrote, “I love you dad.” Gia added, “I love you.”

Joe and Teresa were convicted of federal fraud charges in 2013. She served 11 months. Joe spent 41 months behind bars. Because of his convictions, immigration officials deported him to Italy in 2019. He has since moved to the Bahamas. The couple divorced shortly after his release.

Earlier this year, Joe opened up on Teresa’s Turning The Tables podcast about his attempts to return. “I got a lawyer working on something … hasn’t done anything yet,” he said. “I did get in front of the embassy and they denied me because I guess I’m a big criminal.”

Still, Joe refuses to give up. “When I met Trump, I mean, he was very nice to me … I think he should get me back.”

Now, Joe’s hoping his years in the spotlight – which included calling his then-wife the c-word and physically fighting his brother-in-law – plus a little inspiration from the Chrisleys, might just be enough to bring him home.
