“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is on pause at the moment, with many fans wondering what will become of the franchise.
However, Melissa Gorga’s husband, Joe Gorga, hinted that viewers will see him on the Bravo reality show soon.
In a video captured by a TikTok user, Joe was seen at Dolores Catania’s charity event that took place on August 6 in Brooklyn.
“Everybody wants you back,” a fan is heard telling Joe. He then tells the onlooker, “We’re back,” while giving a cheeky wink.
Joe then put a finger to his lips, indicating that the news was a secret.
Meanwhile, a fan told Joe’s daughter, Antonia Gorga, that she should be on “Next Gen NYC,” but the college student responded with a head shake.
“RHONJ” fans were supportive of Joe and Melissa’s return, with one writing, “We would love them back. They are great!”
Another replied, “I believe it they can’t do this show without gorgas.”
Andy Cohen Confirms That Casting is Underway For ‘RHONJ’

Following the divide among the cast after “RHONJ” season 14, the network put the franchise on the back burner for the foreseeable future.
“It was really on a deep pause, and we are actively there casting and kind of looking at the future of what that will be,” Cohen said on “The View” in June.
He added, “It’s a great franchise, and we love it. I just have to reiterate that.”
On August 4, Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers appeared on “What What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” during which the “Fire Island” actor said, “We need answers about New Jersey.”
Rogers joked, “I am an American standing on American ground, and while we still have free speech, you’re on notice, Andy Cohen.”
“We need to know what is happening with the women of New Jersey. You know my opinion, I believe that we should center the show around — I’m sorry, everyone — everyone except Teresa — put Teresa on her own show with Louie,” Rogers continued.
As for Cohen, he just said, “We’re close.”
A ‘RHONJ’ Alum Predicted that Melissa & Joe Gorga Would Return
Former “RHONJ” friend-of, Kim De Paola thinks Melissa and Joe are definitely going to be called to star in the franchise.
“Three people, that I think for sure, that are coming back are … Oh god, I’m going to get backlash on this,” she said on “Get Real with Kim D” on August 5.
The Posche owner continued, “The people that are being considered are Margaret [Josephs], because she is going to BravoCon, Joe Gorga, he brings the fun, and Dolores [Catania].”
