Helping dreams come true.
Bachelor Nation fans saw Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson find love and get engaged on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”
The two have been enjoying their lives together and keeping fans updated on social media since their time on the show.
After his last birthday, the former Bachelor created a “30 before I turn 30” bucket list with a bunch of goal items he hopes to accomplish before his 30th birthday that range from “take a pottery class” all the way to “run a half marathon.”
He’s been checking items off his list ever since and keeping fans updated online whenever he does.
And this week, Joey got to check off not one but two items from two separate bucket lists.
Alongside a photo of Joey meeting a young girl, he wrote, “9. Help a sick child mark something off their bucket list ✅…Everyone I want you to meet Lily Moreland. She is a silly, sweet, and beautiful young girl that was dealt a tough hand this last year.”
Joey continued and shared Lily’s story about her journey after being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.
“Lily was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma,” he said. “For treatment, she required a bone marrow transplant and when you get one you are immunocompromised for the first 100 days.”
Joey then revealed that he was able to make one of her bucket list dreams come true after her treatment.
He shared, “It just so happens that the 100th day since her transplant was the same day @dwtstourofficial came to her hometown in Richmond. Lily and her family were big fans of DWTS so I was so excited to get them full access to the show with the help of everyone on tour.”
The Bachelor Nation star then posted more photos from Lily at the “DWTS” tour and shared a message from her mother Danielle, who expressed, “After 3+ months of not being able to go into public places, play with friends, or even have a 4th birthday party we were and are eternally grateful this happened the way it did… Thank you for making Lily’s 100th day so special for her and our entire family! 🥹🤍”
So sweet!
We are so glad Joey and Lily got to connect and share this amazing opportunity together. It looks like she had a great time!
