Josh Allen, Hailee Steinfeld’s ‘Intimate’ Wedding Details Revealed

Though he fell one game short of reaching Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is otherwise having one of the best starts to 2025 of anyone.

The 28-year-old signal-caller, who totaled a combined 4,262 yards (3,713 passing, 531 rushing) and scored 40 total touchdowns (28 passing, 12 rushing), won his first NFL MVP award one month ago, and now he’s planning his wedding with popular singer/actress Hailee Steinfeld.

Allen and Steinfeld began dating back in the spring of 2023, and they announced their engagement back in November during the Bills’ bye week with touching dual Instagram posts.

Shortly after news of their engagement went public, a billboard was erected in downtown Buffalo applauding the couple on their milestone with a message that read: “The Queen city has a new queen. Congratulations, Josh and Hailee.”

Allen and Steinfeld both typically have busy schedules, so with Pro Bowl QB having a three-and-a-half month break during the NFL offseason before OTAs begin in mid-May, the couple are buckling down on the wedding planning, which according to a report from Us Weekly, will be a lavish event for close friends and family out of the public eye.

“They don’t want a long engagement, and the wedding planning is already underway,” a source told Us Weekly. “Hailee is very excited about the planning process and now that Josh is done with the season, she hopes they can have more time to make decisions together.

“… They only have a few timeframes they can have the wedding, so they are nailing down the logistics and are location scouting right now. It will be a very intimate but extravagant event.”

While the couple plans to have a short engagement, it seems they also don’t plan on waiting long to start a family either.

“They both are excited about starting a family and want that in the next few years,” the source continued. “They both share the same values when it comes to parenting and having kids.”

If kids are in the couple’s immediate future, it doesn’t seem likely it’ll derail Allen’s NFL career as supporting three-time Pro Bowler at games is something Steinfeld and her family have come to enjoy together.

“Hailee loves supporting Josh’s career and admires his work ethic,” the source added. “She absolutely loves going to the games and cheering him on. It’s fun for her to bring her family and be with Josh’s and they make it a huge family outing. Their families have bonded a lot, especially during the season.”
