Juliana Pasquarosa is ready to move on after her split from Grant Ellis.
“Closing this chapter with a healing heart and a quiet kind of peace,” Juliana, 28, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, June 17, alongside photos of herself modeling three different bikinis. “Not because it was all easy, but because I made it through with grace and growth.”
The Bachelor star continued, “I’m proud of who I’ve become because I’ve worked through what’s tried to break me. I choose happiness (and giggles), every day, because I’ve experienced what it feels like to lose it and what kind of fight it takes to get it back.”
Juliana added that she’s “thankful for the opportunity” she received from The Bachelor and from Grant, 31, to “open my heart & mind to new experiences and new love.”
“The community of people who watched & supported my journey is something I am eternally grateful for. I hope we can move forward together and bring more love into this world, because that’s what we all need more of <3,” she concluded.
The photos showed Juliana smiling on a beach as she sported a blue and white patterned bikini, a blue string bikini and a white ruffled bikini. In one snap, she also wore a white baby tee that read, “Nice girls love nice guys.”
In the comments section, Juliana confirmed the engagement ring, which The Bachelor “paid for,” has been “signed, sealed & delivered safely back to production.”
Juliana’s post came less than one week after Grant announced their split.
“This is one of the harder things I’ve had to write, but I want to share it honestly. Juliana and I have decided to end our relationship,” he wrote via his Instagram Stories on June 13. “We both gave this our best and poured a lot of love into each other, but after a lot of deep conversations, we’ve come to the understanding that we’re simply not the right fit long term.”
Grant said that he and Juliana, who got engaged during The Bachelor season 29 finale, found a “meaningful” and “real” connection on the show.
“There’s no negativity here, no resentment [and] just two people who care about each other and want the best for one another moving forward,” he continued. “I’ll always be grateful for what we shared and for the growth that came with it. Thank you to everyone who supported us and believed in our journey. This chapter is closing, but we’re both walking away with love and respect in our hearts.”
Meanwhile, Juliana wrote via Instagram that it was a “gift to find someone who sees the world in a way that resonates with you, while also encouraging you to grow.”
“I’ve been grateful to share that experience with Grant,” she continued. “Marriage is a commitment, and it’s one we both still believe in deeply. After a lot of honest conversations and reflection, we’ve come to the decision that this chapter of our lives is meant to continue on separate paths. We shared something meaningful, navigating a unique journey side by side [and] learning, growing and showing up for each other the best we knew how. While this isn’t the ending we once imagined, it’s one filled with mutual respect, care and hope for what’s ahead.”
