K’Andre Miller might have been playing with an injury throughout the 2024-25 season for the New York Rangers that we just didn’t know of.
According to Vince Z. Mercogliano of USA Today, K’Andre Miller had surgery for an upper-body injury.
Mercogliano also reports that Miller is expected to make a full recovery in time for next season.
It’s unclear what specific injury Miller sustained or how long he was playing with this apparent injury.
It likely explains why Miller is not currently with Team USA playing at the 2025 IIHF Men’s World Championship.
In 74 games this season, the 25-year-old recorded seven goals, 20 assists, and 27 points while averaging 21:57 minutes per game.
