Kaapo Kakko and Mika Mika Zibanejad will both represent their respective countries at the 4 Nations Face-Off.
New York Rangers forwards Kaapo Kakko and Mika Zibanejad are set to play at the 4 Nations Face-Off.
Kakko will represent Finland while Mika Zibanejad will represent Sweden, their respective native countries.
Through 24 games this season, Kakko has recorded four goals, nine assists and 13 points while averaging 13:27 minutes per game.
“You always want to play for your country,” Kakko said.
Meanwhile, Mika Zibanejad has five goals, 13 assists and 18 points in 24 games. The 31-year-old averages 18:30 minutes of ice time.
The 4 Nations Face-Off will take place from Feb. 12 to Feb. 20 at the Bell Centre in Montreal and at TD Garden in Boston.
