Earlier this year, Kailyn admitted that she regretted some of her past surgeries, describing it as a “mental illness” to constantly feel the need to "mutilate" her body. This reflection came after she became a mother of seven, especially considering the birth of her daughter, Valley, in 2023. Kailyn has expressed her hopes that her children won’t struggle with the same body image issues that she has faced over the years.

Kailyn has already undergone several surgeries, including a breast reduction, tummy tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift (streamed live on Snapchat in 2016), Botox, and liposuction. But she’s not done yet. On the Coffee and Convos podcast, she revealed that she’s preparing for a neck surgery to remove skin and eliminate her double chin. “I’m getting my neck chopped off in two weeks,” Kailyn shared. She explained that she wants to achieve a more defined jawline and eliminate the angles where her double chin appears. However, she also mentioned that the procedure may not have permanent results, and she might need another surgery in twenty years.

Controversy Surrounding Her Decision
As expected, Kailyn's latest surgery plans have sparked some backlash. Fans took to social media to call her out, questioning her decision to continue with plastic surgery after speaking out against it in the past. One fan wrote, “Didn’t u just say last year after all that plastic surgery u were done and regretted it for ur kids? What if your daughter has that same chin?”
However, Kailyn defended her decision, explaining that the surgery was already booked and that she’s doing it for herself, not for anyone else.
"I want to feel better about myself, and this is something I’ve thought long and hard about," Kailyn said.
