Kiki Barth Claims Melissa Gorga Paid for Social Media Followers

Kiki Barth just threw some shade at Melissa Gorga. It’s an unexpected crossover between Real Housewives of Miami and Real Housewives of New Jersey.

When comparing the two shows, it feels quite bizarre that Miami is in a seemingly better position than New Jersey. RHOM Season 7 began filming just recently, and we might be in for an “absolute blowaway” season, according to reports. Here’s hoping Kiki will get even more time to shine after her strong presence in Season 6.

Meanwhile, RHONJ’s fate is uncertain. It’s unclear if Melissa will continue at all as a main cast member. At least she’s enjoying the time off. But if she loses her spot on New Jersey, it’s not hard to imagine what will happen to her follower count, if it’s even legit in the first place.

Kiki Barth says she’s seen Melissa Gorga pay for followers

During Bravo Fan Fest’s live WWHL with the RHOM cast, Andy Cohen asked, “Name a Bravoleb who you think has paid for followers on social media.” Kiki was called on to answer. She believed no one in the RHOM cast paid for followers, but when Andy clarified she could say any Bravoleb, she had a certain look on her face.

“You know,” she said, “That lady – I’ve seen it myself – not Teresa [Giudice], the other one.” The fact that Kiki couldn’t even remember Melissa’s name! I’m dead. “I’ve seen it myself,” Kiki said. She didn’t clarify what she meant by that. As it turned out, Alexia Nepola also claimed that Melissa bought followers.

In April 2023, Alexia played a game on WWHL called “Who Has More Followers?” When the game compared Teresa and Melissa, Alexia imagined Teresa had more followers. At the time, Melissa had 2.7 million followers compared to Teresa’s 2.3 million. When Alexia learned that, she claimed Melissa bought her followers.

Real Housewives of Miami and Real Housewives of New Jersey are streaming on Peacock.
