Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann File Joint Motion to Dismiss Divorce Days After She Accuses Ex-NFL Player of “Physical Violence” and “Extreme Sexual Promiscuity”

Just days after the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum accused the 39-year-old former NFL player of violent and abusive behavior, Kim and Kroy jointly filed to dismiss their divorce, which she filed for in May 2023 and he filed for in August of that same year.

According to a report from The U.S. Sun, the joint motion was filed on February 21, and Kim and Kroy’s divorce case is now closed.

Kim and Kroy’s apparent reconciliation came just after she targeted him in court documents filed on February 18. At that time, prior to the dismissal of their divorce, Kim suggested Kroy was suffering from an undiagnosed mental condition and claimed he frequently had “angry and emotional outbursts, which include profanity-laden tirades.”

“Left untreated, Mother is gravely concerned about the Children’s best interests when left in the care of Father,” read her paperwork.

She also said that those outbursts were often aimed at her and their kids, including their four youngest, Kroy “KJ” Jagger, 14, and Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 11, and she added that he has “bouts of physical violence” and “extreme sexual promiscuity.”

News of Kim and Kroy’s divorce dismissal comes just weeks after the couple had to be physically “ejected” from their former marital mansion in Georgia by U.S. Marshals. As The U.S. Sun reported earlier this week, Kim and Kroy continued to live in the home after it was foreclosed upon and sold at an auction for $2.7 million in December 2024, prompting the property’s new owners to take legal action against them.

This is the second time that Kim and Kroy have attempted to mend their marriage. They initially tried to get back together in mid-2023, but they were unsuccessful. And more recently, Kim claimed to have a boyfriend.
