Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Moving Out of Mansion Ahead of Auction

To the left, to the left! Everything Kim Zolciak owns is in a box to the left because, after months and months of staving off foreclosure, she and Kroy Biermann are moving out of their mansion. Their 15,000-square-foot house of horrors is scheduled for auction next week, and moving trucks have been spotted outside. It’s a day that’s been a long time coming, and we’ve got all of the details.

Moving day has arrived

Kim and Kroy’s mansion has been at the center of their financial collapse for over a year. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alums listed it for $6 million in October 2023 and failed to find a buyer as their mortgage company kept threatening to put the house up for public auction. At this point, they’ve slashed the price down to $3.65 million. Still, they’ve had no takers.

With the auction scheduled for December 3, Kim started moving a few items out of the home last week. She and Kroy started arguing during the process, which prompted a visit from the police. At the time, Kroy said he only wanted Kim to move the “female items” out of the house, and the cops helped oversee the process.

This week, TMZ insiders got videos of not one, but two moving trucks outside of the house. That means they’re moving the big stuff — beds, couches, wigs, etc. Everything must go!

Although it’s a sad day for Kim and Kroy, you know their neighbors must have been thrilled to see those moving trucks pull into their driveway. Kim and Kroy have had the cops called on them more than a handful of times. Sometimes it’s because of the fighting. Sometimes it’s because Kroy’s dog got loose. Those neighbors might just throw a block party to commemorate this day that’s been a long time coming.

At this point, there’s no word on where Kim and Kroy are headed. Perhaps they’ll hit the road in an RV like in Season 8 of Don’t Be Tardy. Rest assured, we’ll be keeping our eyes out for updates on what’s next for the estranged couple.
