Kroy Biermann Cited by Police After His and Kim Zolciak's "Aggressive" Dog Gets Loose and Frightens Neighbor

At the end of last month, police were called to the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums’ home in Georgia, which is nearing foreclosure, after their neighbor made a complaint, stating that their three-year-old Cane Corso, Stone, had escaped from their property and terrorized her.

According to a police report from the Milton Police Department obtained by TMZ on July 2, Kroy, 38, was dealt with a citation on Saturday after the neighbor spotted the massive dog on the loose and told cops that the animal had been “aggressive” with her.

After police arrived at the home he and Kim, 46, currently share, as they have so many times amid their messy split, Kroy spoke to officers, explaining that one of their sons was supposed to have been watching Stone when he got away.

Although Kroy and Kim have a gate at the front of their home, Kroy said it was broken and stuck in the open position at the time the animal got loose. Kroy also said he discovered the dog on a sidewalk out front of their house before being dealt with a citation.

As RHOA fans may recall, Kroy and Kim have had issues with their dogs in the past. In fact, one of their animals bit their then four-year-old son Kash and nearly blinded him in 2017. Then, in November of last year, a woman called police after seeing Stone without a leash and accused the animal of “almost [attacking] her kids.”

The estranged couple‘s neighbors even created a Facebook group to discuss their pets and noted that Kroy and Kim’s gate is often left open.
