Farrah Aldjufrie bought a stunning new home. The eldest daughter of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars Kyle Richards recently used her real estate expertise to close on a gorgeous property in Southern California.
In a post shared to Instagram in May 2025, The Agency broker, who first got her real estate license in 2011, shared a video of her new place that showed off the main living area.
“When I saw this one, I just knew she had to be mine. Slowly but surely coming together,” Farrah, 36, captioned the clip of the magical space.
Farrah’s Friends & Family Reacted to the Photos of Her New Home
The video posted by Farrah gave fans a close look at the home’s mid-century modern interior, which featured arched ceilings, exposed wooden beams, hardwood floors, built-in shelving, and a brick fireplace.
In the comment section, one fan praised Farrah for “embracing the MCM and not butchering it.” “Maybe a couple tweaks down the road, but it’s way too good to butcher!!!” Farrah replied.
“Obsessed,” wrote Farrah’s sister, Sophia Umansky.
“Heaven on earth,” added sister Alexia Umansky.
Kyle Richards posted a series of heart emoji on her daughter’s IG Reel.
It is unclear when Farrah purchased the home, but she clearly spends a lot of time there. In a follow-up post, she shared a glimpse at other areas of her home and posed holding one of her cats. “I sometimes leave the house,” she captioned the photos.
Farrah Previously Lived in a West Hollywood Home
One of Farrah’s previous homes was featured several times on her family’s former Netflix series “Buying Beverly Hills.” Photos posted to BravoTV.com showed the West Hollywood home’s Spanish-tile flooring and a stone fireplace. In an accompanying video from 2022, Farrah noted that she spent most of her time by the fireplace. “Which I’ll have on for sure whether it’s summer [or] winter,” she added. “No matter what the temperature is outside, you better believe I’ll have my fireplace on.”
Richards paid a visit to her daughter’s home in a 2018 video posted by Bravo. As they sat in a gorgeous kitchen with white marble countertops and gold light fixtures, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed that Farrah was behind the decor.
“We are at my daughter Farrah’s house that she bought herself, designed herself, and sis every little thing in here herself,” Richards said. “It is so gorgeous and I’m so proud of her.”
