The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and her BFF stepped out on the town for a special reason.
Kyle Richards and her BFF Morgan Wade hit the town over the weekend in support of an amazing cause close to both of their hearts. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and the country music singer attended Mission Plastico's annual gala held to help individuals impacted by cancer.
Both Kyle and Morgan served as special guest speakers for the event, where they got up on stage and opened up about why Mission Plasticos — a non-profit organization that performs reconstructive plastic surgery free of charge to underserved individuals — is so special to them.

In addition to Kyle and Morgan, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Elizabeth Lyn Vargas and The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Jennifer Aydin, were also in attendance. Jennifer took to her Instagram Story to document the evening, showing off scenes from the gala, including everyone's fabulous outfits and giving a glimpse at what appeared to be their delicious-sounding meal.

Morgan Wade Opens Up About What's Next For Her in Her Health Journey
Kyle was able to introduce Morgan on stage, who then opened up in an emotional speech about her own journey with reconstructive surgery after learning that she had an inherited gene mutation that put her at an increased risk for developing breast cancer. "That was about a year ago, but I'm good," Morgan proudly proclaimed in her speech.
After touring across the nation this summer and putting out a new album, Obsessed, this August, Morgan has big plans for her future. She revealed that she is in the process of retrieving her eggs through IVF, "to go through that process" before getting a "hysterectomy and all that."
Morgan also performed a brand new song from her upcoming album, that hasn't been released yet. In her speech, she noted that the song "wasn't a real happy one." "But if any of you are familiar with anything I've put out, it's not always the happiest stuff," she joked. The lyrics to the song allude to Morgan's hopes about her future. "I wanna be quiet when I'm closing a nursery door, I wanna hear little feet on a hardwood floor," Morgan sang.
How Kyle Richards Connected Morgan Wade To Mission Plasticos
After Morgan had a preventative double mastectomy in December 2023, she told People that Kyle had helped put the surgery in motion, referring her to Mission Plasticos. Kyle has been involved with the charity for a long time since her mom, Kathleen Richards, died of breast cancer in 2002.
"I've been involved with Mission Plasticos for years, and greatly admire the work they do for women across the country," Kyle told People at the time. "Breast cancer has impacted my family, and I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the healthcare system, the procedures it can entail, the emotional and physical ramifications it can have. When Morgan told me what she was dealing with in terms of health, I knew Mission Plasticos would be an incredible resource."
