Season 14 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills came to a close with the third and final part of their reunion.
The cast spoke about show alum Teddi Mellencamp, the 43-year-old daughter of John Cougar Mellencamp appeared on four seasons of the hit Bravo reality series from 2017 to 2020.
Halfway through Tuesday night's Season 14 reunion, host Andy Cohen said he, 'wanted to take a moment to acknowledge' Mellencamp, as Kyle Richards offered an update on her condition.
The reality star announced in October 2020 that she was diagnosed with Stage II melanoma, though the skin cancer was removed.
She was hospitalized this past February with multiple brain tumors that had produced painful headaches for months
Mellencamp then revealed earlier this month that the melanoma had not only returned, but had worsened to Stage IV.
Cohen said they have all been, 'concerned for her wellbeing' and they are 'inspired by the outpouring of support she's received,' before asking Richards for an update.
'She has a long road ahead of her. She's a very strong, tough, girl. I mean, she has a tremendous amount of love and support around her. She's so loved,' Richards said.
Richards added that she and Erika Jayne facetimed her, as Jayne added, 'She had a smile and she was like, "Hi." It was nice to see her and you know.'
Richards added that it was 'very sweet' of new cast member Bozoma Saint John for saying 'that she was praying for Teddi,' adding, 'She offered to bring food to the hospital, send food for her family.'
Kyle added that Sutton Stracke 'put her in your prayer group in Augusta,' adding that she 'told her all of that.'
Andy asked the rest of the group if they had been in touch with Mellencamp, as Dorit Kemsley said, 'No. You know, I was, I think I messaged, did something on Instagram but when she's not in the thick of it, you know, I feel like it's a better time to check on her.'
Cohen added, 'Well, our thoughts will continue to go out out to Teddi and we wish her all the best,' before moving on with the rest of the reunion.
The reality star and mother of three (Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, five) revealed earlier this month there is one RHOBH star who has not reached out to check on her amid her cancer battle: Garcelle Beauvais.
'Garcelle [Beauvais] has not reached out. Dorit [Kemsley] has now. I'm good friends with Erika [Jayne], so she said, 'Dorit does want to reach out to you now, can she?' Mellencamp said during an US Weekly Q&A.
'I [said], "don't know how quick I'll be to forgive, but sure." But then her message was so nice that I have to say we'll probably be fine,' Mellencamp said of her former foe Dorit.
Mellencamp revealed during a recent appearance on ABC Nightline that doctors have given her a 50/50 shot of beating cancer.
Garcelle announced her departure from the Bravo reality series in late March, after five seasons beginning in 2020.
