Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have yet to file for divorce. Nevertheless, both parties are moving on. On his end, Mauricio remains adamant that he and his Season 32 Dancing with the Stars partner, Emma Slater, are just pals. However, Mauricio recently swapped out a photo of Kyle for Emma on his desk, and, as expected, this move hurt Kyle.
Emma is (allegedly) seeing someone else. But this chapter stings.

As heard on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14, Episode 2, via the mouth of Sutton Stracke, Mauricio updated his desk decor in his new home office. His change was simple. But also snarky.

No longer wishing to gaze upon the face of his currently estranged wife, Mauricio swapped out a framed photograph of himself and Kyle, replacing it with an image of himself and his buddy Emma. During the RHOBH After Show, Kyle weighed in on how this made her feel. Spoiler alert: she didn’t love it.
“I understand to a certain degree because — no, I only understand part of this, hold on — because that’s his desk, and right in front of his face is an 8×10 of him kissing my cheek, staring at him all day. So I can understand him not wanting to stare at that if it hurt him or, you know, was difficult for him and putting that away. But did you need to put up that photo? [ … ] It was a dumb thing to do, honestly,” Kyle stressed.
Her costars agreed. Jennifer Tilly called his antics “deliberate” and “passive-aggressive.” Likewise, Garcelle Beauvais suggested, “Replace it with a picture of you and the kids.”
Meanwhile, Erika Jayne, who also competed on DWTS, noted that her “very handsome” dance partner is not displayed anywhere in her house.
Kathy Hilton and Sutton also sounded off, equally hating this picture-swap storyline. From the sounds of it, Kyle has (most of) her girls standing in her corner on RHOBH.
And by the season’s end, she will hopefully have Dorit Kemsley back in her corner as well.
