Kyle Richards Reveals Mauricio's Off-Camera Confession, Opens Up About Kids' Reaction to "Suspect" Photos, While Erika Points Fingers at Garcelle & Sutton for Alleged Reactions to Mauricio's Move

Kyle Richards reflected on her “awkward” conversation with Mauricio Umansky about the airport pics of him and former flame Nikita Kahn after their chat was seen on Tuesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

As Erika Jayne, 53,  called out Garcelle Beauvais, 58, and Sutton Stracke, 53, for being “delighted” by the images of Mauricio, 56, kissing the much younger model, 34, and Kathy Hilton, 65, reflected on another set of pics, Kyle admitted that the photos of Mauricio and Nikita were “suspect” and shared how their discussion about the matter “really surprised” her.

“That was the first time I’d seen him in person since that happened and I knew that he would not want to talk about it and I didn’t want to put him on the spot but he clearly knew that was the elephant in the room,” Kyle explained on the March 11 episode of the RHOBH: After Show. “[So] when he brought it up, I was actually really surprised.”

According to Kyle, Mauricio had told her, “I’m not gonna talk about, you know, what I know you probably want me to talk about,” before cameras began rolling.

“All of a sudden he, like, paused and then all the sudden he started talking about it. And I just sat there like, ‘Oh. Okay,’” she shared. “That was an awkward moment.”

While there has been a lot of speculation as to whether or not paparazzi were called to take the photos, and who may have called them, Kyle confirmed that Mauricio did not intend for the moment to be made public and “would not do that intentionally.”

As for how their daughters, including Alexia Umansky, 28, Sophia Umansky, 25, and Portia Umansky, 17, felt, Kyle said they “were not happy” about the “suspect” pics.

“I have no idea [who called paparazzi]. I don’t want to speak about someone that I don’t even know. I know that Mau definitely did not know that photo was being taken. I know that. In looking at it, it looks a little suspect. But that’s all I’m gonna say,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, after noting that Mauricio “has the right” to move on” and wasn’t “cheating” by stepping out with Nikita, Erika shaded Garcelle and Sutton’s reaction to the pics.

“Can I talk about how I didn’t like the delight that I saw in Garcelle and Sutton’s eyes and tone about it? They look a little too delighted by this and a little too elevated,” she noted.

In her own RHOBH: After Show segment, Kathy weighed in on the images of Mauricio and Nikita, admitting they were “a little strange” and “sad” before reflecting on his hand-holding incident with his former Dancing With the Stars partner, Emma Slater, 36.

“I saw the Dancing With the Stars picture, but I said to Kyle, ‘That, I don’t think anything of because if it was dark and I was walking to my car, he would probably take my arm.’ I didn’t look at it as being anything,” she reasoned.
