Kyle Richards flaunted her toned and muscular figure as her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, moved on with another woman.
The TV personality posed on a workout bench while flexing her growing arm muscles and abs in a sweaty gym selfie posted to her Instagram Story Sunday.
Richards, 55, wore a white sports bra, black high-waisted leggings and purple sneakers for her workout session.
A pair of dumbells sat at her feet while a barbell with weight plates also appeared to be in use.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star often shares photos of herself breaking a sweat in her home gym and most recently posted one to celebrate two years of sobriety.
“This week was my 2 year anniversary of being alcohol free (July 15th) I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible,” she captioned the photo of herself flexing her bicep.
“I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had the willpower to stay on this path … My mental and physical health became a lot more important to me.”
Richards alluded to her separation from Umansky, 54, adding she’s thankful to be sober while going through “difficult times.”
The former couple announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
They share daughters Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, and Richards is also a mom to her 35-year-old daughter, Farrah, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
While Richards has remained publicly single, Umansky has since started dating model Nikita Kahn.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” alum and his 33-year-old girlfriend were first romantically linked in July when they were spotted packing on the PDA at an airport in Greece.
At the time, the two reportedly got cozy for a week-long getaway at a ritzy Mykonos beach escape.
The following month, Umansky and Kahn soaked up the sun while vacationing at the One&Only Mandarina resort in Mexico.
They were photographed all over each other while taking a romantic dip in the ocean, per photos obtained by TMZ.
Despite giving Umasnky the green light to date other people, Richards allegedly had a meltdown when saw photos of him kissing the Ukrainian-American actress on vacation in Greece.
The “Halloween” star’s sister Kathy Hilton exclusively told Page Six she had to “calm” Richards down when she saw the PDA-filled snaps.
“I think it was a hard pill to swallow seeing it,” the fashion designer told us in July. “So what I’m trying to do is just kind of calm her down a little bit. ‘You know, this was bound to happen. You’ve been separated.’”
