Las Vegas Raiders' easiest stretch of games in the 2025 season could last through two full months

When the Las Vegas Raiders' 2025 schedule came out, the first place many fans' eyes went to was their bye week. They were blessed with a bye week in Week 8, right in the middle of the season.

The second place eyes went were to find the easiest stretch of games possible for the 2025 season. The hardest part of the season is undeniably from Week 13 to Week 18, where they face teams like the Denver Broncos, Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs. They would be playing a few Super Bowl contenders, a few divisional rivals, and some teams who are really good at stopping the run, making it harder to use rookie running back Ashton Jeanty.

That stretch of games could be the one that decides if the Raiders will be a wildcard team or back in the top 15 picks of the 2026 NFL Draft.

But the easiest stretch of games for the Raiders may span over two full months, from late September to late November. There are a few tough games sprinkled in there, but if all goes well, there is no reason why the Raiders couldn't finish this stretch almost undefeated.

Raiders' easiest stretch of 2025 schedule

Starting in Week 4, the Raiders will play the Chicago Bears, a team that made a ton of changes this offseason, and could be very good, or could be bad. We genuinely don't know what they will be, and if history serves us right, the Bears will be the Bears, and be a bad team. And that game is at home. Then it's the Indianapolis Colts, who could very well be the worst team in football as they decide who they want their quarterback to be.

Heading into Week 6, the Raiders will be playing the Tennessee Titans, another AFC South team that could be in the running for the worst team in football, with a rookie quarterback who doesn't have much to work with or much to protect him. Then it's the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, where the Raiders have won one of the last two, but should have won last year had it not been for a bad snap to end the game. That's a divisional game that could go either way.

After coming off of a Week 8 bye week, the Raiders will play the Jacksonville Jaguars, another team that is unknown for what they will be in 2025, but could be a pretty bad team, and that game is at home. Granted, the next game is on a short week for Thursday Night Football against the Denver Broncos, but that's a divisional rivalry game, one that either team could win.

After that, the Raiders play on Monday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys, giving them a mini-bye week as they host that game in Las Vegas. They follow that game up with another home game against the Cleveland Browns, the likely worst team in football in 2025.

So, yes, there is a world where the Raiders go undefeated in this stretch of games. It won't happen, but these are all winnable games. I think the Raiders may finish that stretch of games 6-2.
