Leon Draisaitl is one of the most cool, calm, and confident leaders in the NHL. Today, he proved just that by asserting the Oilers best game will beat any other team.
Draisaitl was asked about the Oilers great play in game 4, and if they would continue that style of play it could win the Dallas series. Draisaitl extended that, saying that the Oilers' best version of themselves will beat any team.
»I truly believe that our best beats anyone's best. It's just a matter of consistently playing that way, and that's taxing. That's a hard thing to do, to play at your best every single night, every single shift, but I think we're finding our way a little bit.»

Draisaitl isn't wrong at all either. The Oilers have the best player in the NHL, and a slew of other elite talents that rivals any team in the league. When they play their best game consistently throughout the lineup, the Oilers flat out look unbeatable. Both McDavid and Draisaitl said that this year would be a Cup or Bust year for the Oilers, and now they're as prepared as they can be.
As Draisaitl also pointed out in his pre-game interview, the team has an incredible opportunity tonight on the road to take control of this series. The Oilers have learned from their series against Vegas, and are looking to punch their ticket to the Stanley Cup Final in six games. If they can't win tonight though, the Oilers will need to fight off elimination at home. Now in a best of three series, tonight's game becomes all the more crucial.
