Earlier this month, Tamra suggested she’s quitting RHOC after her friend Teddi Mellencamp was diagnosed with brain cancer. Around that time, Dorit, who recently separated from her husband PK Kemsley, was accused of not paying her glam team.

“My advice to Dorit [is] pay your glam team,” said Lisa on the Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. “I think you have to take really good care of the people that, like, work hard for you. Like, I realized it’s gas, daycare for one of my glam team members. I think it’s important to pay them.”

But Lisa admitted that Dorit is “going through a lot,” and she suggested that she get a “document from an attorney that says I will pay you, I owe you, I’m gonna get it taken care of.”

She joked that Dorit could call one of Lisa’s six attorneys. “I’ll have someone reach out,” she said.

Lisa also addressed Tamra’s alleged exit.

“I think she probably needs a little break right now,” she said. “I think we all get to points where we’re like, ‘Enough. I’m like over everything.’ Especially when you have serious things happening with your best friend. So I think they should give her a little break. Like give her a week off, maybe let her go somewhere tropical, and then resume … She deserves it right now.”

In an interview for Pop Culture, Lisa addressed where she now stands with her co-stars after the season five reunion.

“I’m a bouncer, like I can move forward really quickly with people,” she shared. “I’m very forgiving. I put myself in other people’s shoes, so I think I give a lot of grace, but there’s always stuff that does not get resolved at the reunion.”

“This reunion I felt like there were so many things to resolve that a lot of it did not get resolved, and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that feels that way. But you know there’s a whole ‘nother season to work it out,” she added. “I’m always positive, but I’m also smart. So I think that there’s things where I’m like, hey if it happens more than once, it’s probably a habit for someone or not going to change. It’s probably part of their personality.”

“So once you know how people maneuver, I think it’s easier for me to know that’s not a good person for me, that’s not someone I would ever share anything with, and you get to learn people pretty well.”

Lisa also shared that her son Jack’s two-year mission for the Mormon Church will end in about two months, and he’ll return to Salt Lake City.

“We’re so excited getting ready for Jack to come home and getting everything in place for him to feel like he never left,” explained Lisa.

“I used to cry in his room — I would go on his bed and just cry and like make videos for him,” shared the star. “But he probably won’t want to watch any of them because they’re all me crying, telling him how much I love him.”
