Lisa Rinna Slams Bravo’s RHOBH Wardrobe Rules: ‘They’re Just Cheap’

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna is continuing to bash her former show. After a toxic Season 12, Lisa resigned from RHOBH. However, if fans expected her famous lips to stay sealed about Bravo and her experiences, they were in for a shock. Lisa has continued to slam the RHOBH, and she is owning it.

Recently, Lisa likened RHOBH to the Titanic. Then she revealed why she exited the franchise. “It was the fanbase,” Lisa previously stated. “They villainized me in a way, and I just didn’t want to live like that anymore.”

Well, it seems that Lisa also has a bone to pick with what Bravo did, and didn’t, pay for. She was recently a guest on the podcast, Still the Place. And she shared that every housewife has to pay for certain things, such as parties. “And your own hair and makeup, and wardrobe! Imagine that,” Lisa stated. “That’s the part that’s the hardest, because we’re used to being dressed.” Oh, the horror!

She continued, “They want your real life. Their take on it is: You should look how you look, because this is your life. So they want that.” Lisa added, “But I didn’t love that part of it, because I spent all my money on hair and makeup and wardrobe. You just spend it all.”

Podcast co-host and Melrose Place alum Laura Leighton expressed her belief that Bravo doesn’t want to show the cast’s real lives, because stars “don’t do” hair and makeup daily at home. “I think that wardrobe – they’re just cheap, and hair and makeup should be covered. I really do,” Lisa said. “That was the hardest thing for me.”

Of course, Lisa said that she would return to RHOBH for a $25 million paycheck. Hilarious! Still, if you are showing your real life, shouldn’t you pay for your clothes and glam?
