A Pod Bond

Zack and Bliss enjoyed connecting through the Netflix pod walls. During the experiment, Zack celebrated his 32nd birthday — and Bliss was keen to help him make the most of his special day. She decked out her man's side of the pod with balloons, confetti and homemade cupcakes with candles. (Bliss’ decorations, however, caused a rift with Irina after the Russia native forgot the significance of the date.)

The Washington native had equally strong feelings for both Bliss and Irina, which were heightened by the women’s rivalry over his birthday celebrations. Bliss and Irina later complained about one another to Zack, who felt conflicted about choosing a side.

Zack ultimately chose to end his relationship with Bliss in favor of Irina, whom he proposed to in the pods. Irina accepted, proclaiming that she loved him too and couldn’t wait for them to go on adventures together.

Zack and Irina’s pod bond quickly dissipated by the time they met in person and went on a romantic getaway. The boutique owner couldn’t see a spark with Zack and they eventually agreed to call it quits before heading home.

After calling off his whirlwind engagement, the Netflix groom was eager to meet Bliss in person, ask for her forgiveness and try dating again. Bliss, who still had feelings for Zack, agreed. After a few sweet on-camera dinners, the legal professional popped the question aboard a luxury boat.

Meet the Parents

After getting engaged, the pair had another hurdle to cross: Familial introductions.

“Meet the family days were my favorite days of filming. Having them show up for us meant the world and I’m so grateful for it,” Bliss wrote via Instagram in April 2023. “Family is everything and I’m so lucky to have had them by my side. 

Zack and Bliss both said “yes” at the wedding altar and tied the knot. The Love Is Blind season 4 finale was titled “Eternal Bliss?,” which the groom referenced in an Instagram post after the episode dropped.

“Eternal Bliss. No question mark,” he wrote in April 2023, sharing a screenshot with his now-wife.

The twosome confirmed at the live reunion that they are happily married.

“I think we both had a pretty strong understanding of what we were gonna say when we got up there,” Zack told Us. “So I didn’t, honestly, have any concerns. It was intense, for sure, but we had spent a lot of time talking about, ‘Is this the right move? Are we doing the right thing here?’ So I think we both kind of had solidarity moving into the wedding.”

“Three hundred and sixty-five days of Bliss,” Zack gushed via his Instagram Story on May 9, sharing snapshots from the pair’s European cruise.

The attorney surprised his wife with travel plans to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

The twosome revealed during the After The Altar special that they were “so happy” as a married couple. In the first episode, they teased the idea of having future babies after Zack proclaimed he was taking shots to start the process. Bliss clarified that they were allergy shots so that they could bring their “fur babies” back to their house after rehoming their pets with a relative. She added that they have plenty of time to think about family planning.

The couple announced they are expecting their first child. “It’s a little bit nerve-racking, but I think it’s also such a beautiful thing,” Bliss told People. “Babies are miracles and blessings, and I think we’ve been so open to sharing our journey and our relationship with the world, and this is our next big beautiful thing. I’m really happy and I hope that it brings joy to other people. It’s definitely brought us a ton of joy.”

Zack added that he hopes their child will group up to “live a happy life and they bring happiness and joy into the world.”

The duo also dished about whether they plan to show their child their season of Love Is Blind. “We do talk about how our child is going to one day have to tell their friends the story of how their parents met, and they definitely will have a very interesting story to share,” Bliss shared. “I think it’s really beautiful that they’ll be able to see their beginnings.”

A rep for the couple told People on May 10 that they welcomed daughter Galileo Terri Rayne weeks prior on April 26.

“We are so in love with our precious, beautiful baby girl,” Bliss and Zack gushed. “We are forever changed and are so blessed to spend the rest of our lives loving her. She is our moon, our stars, the center of our universe.”
