The Love Island stars were pictured loading bags into a car outside the London flat block that Curtis's ex, Maura, lives inside.
Gentleman Curtis did the heavy lifting for his girl as he placed her Louis Vuitton holdall and case into the boot.
Ekin-Su looked chic in a chocolate brown trench coat while Curtis was more low-key in a grey hoodie and loose-fitting jeans.
The duo travelled to Manchester Piccadilly rail station where they were pictured smiling and kissing before checking into a hotel.
Things between Curtis and Maura, who hit it off on Love Island in 2019 before having an eight-month romance, are already frosty enough.
In his All Stars VT last month, Curtis admitted: "I've seen her a couple of times and she's completely blanked me!"
Last night, he and Ekin-Su were seen packing on the PDA in London.
Curtis took Ekin to his favourite barber in Farringdon before they headed out for a fancy meal.
The smitten couple dined at the Michelin-star-rated Italian restaurant Luca in Clerkenwell.
They were dressed casually and looked smiley and loved-up as they left the eatery.
Ekin-Su could be seen wearing light blue jeans and a varsity-style cardigan in green and yellow hues.

Luca is a Michelin star restaurant "serving elevated Italian cuisine in beautiful architectural surroundings" in Clerkenwell.
A four-course dinner menu is priced at £110, while a tortellini main dish costs £48.
Meanwhile, Maura recently split from Pete Wicks.
Neither has publicly spoken about the separation but it is believed they had had a series of rows.
Maura then said Pete was "probably cheating" when asked where he was shortly after the split.
