‘Love Island USA’ host Ariana Madix reveals which cosmetic treatments she gets — and why she’s said no to facial fillers

“Love Island USA” host Ariana Madix is coming clean about her cosmetic treatments.

“I just did my first laser treatment. I’ve been very interested in that for a long time. I keep things at a minimum,” Madix tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy in an exclusive interview.

She goes to reveal that she does get Botox “every six months or so.”

“I just got a little bit in my lips because they were getting a little crusty on the inside. I never go more than 0.5 at a time,” she adds. “Because I never want to look crazy.”

Madix, 39, explains that she started getting laser treatments to address skin laxity.

“Fine lines, I don’t give a s–t about, but skin laxity is something I’ve been dealing with,” she says.

Due to that, the “Vanderpump Rules” alum says she was told by professionals that she’s “not even a candidate” for facial fillers because she doesn’t “have the structure to support it.”

“That’s why we started on the lasers,” she elaborates. “So I will report back after I’ve had all the things.”

In addition to her cosmetic treatments, the former Bravolebrity reveals that she drinks “insane amounts of water, like 100 ounces a day” and “constantly” goes to the gym.

Madix acknowledges there is “a lot of pressure” when it comes to aging but tries to keep everything in perspective.

“I feel like you don’t want to be preoccupied with it too much,” she says. “But at the same time, if you feel good about doing something, go ahead and do it. At the end of the day, it’s nobody’s business.”

“I know in the industry, I am in a position where that stuff does matter, but I also know … I’m going to get older no matter what. … If you don’t age, you just die. I’d rather be aged than dead,” Madix adds.

Of course, this isn’t the first time the reality star has detailed her cosmetic enhancements.

While she isn’t doing facial fillers anymore, she confessing to getting filler in her chin and lip last July after a fan speculated she had a plethora of work done.

“i’ll tell you what i’ve had! you’re partially correct,” Madix commented in response at the time.

“tox in 11’s, outer brow, and my neck. ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor. minimal lip filler bc my face is too small to handle very much and filler in my chin.”

“absolutely no filler anywhere else and def no bleph yet ,” she added. “hope this helps! i’ll keep yall posted if i do anything else.”
