According to a report from the New York Post, Lu plans on renting out her home starting in August 2025. That gives you just enough time to start busting open those piggy banks. She wants a whopping $150,000 a month for it.

After a year of traveling the world on her cabaret tour, Lu is planning on spending August in Europe. Supposedly, she’s got plans in Scotland with Tilda Swinton. She’s also working on a book right now, so she’s opening the doors to her Hampton home while she’s away from New York.

So, what exactly does $150,000 a month get you in the Hamptons? Luann’s home sits on a 3-acre property and boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private dock fit for a 30-foot boat. The house also has a saltwater pool, an outdoor entertaining space, and a separate cottage with one bedroom and bathroom.

Of course, Luann’s Hampton home also has a place in Bravo history. We all remember those paparazzi photos of her milling around in her front yard right after her arrest. This is also where Luann called Eboni K. Williams “angry,” sparking a series of events that pushed RHONY Season 13 to a place of no return.
