Margaret Josephs on Jennifer Aydin’s Recent RHONJ Mistake: ‘Bury Yourself, I Don’t Care’

Season 14 of Real Housewives of New Jersey was, in some ways, a disaster. The entire cast was so divided that Bravo scrapped the reunion. The last time a Real Housewives reunion was scrapped was Season 13 of Real Housewives of New York. And that resulted in a complete reboot.

However, Jennifer Aydin floated the idea that she was returning to RHONJ. And her nemesis, Margaret Josephs, is weighing in. I would expect nothing less from Marge.

Margaret Josephs calls Jennifer Aydin “childish and ridiculous”

As you may recall, Andy Cohen said that major cast changes are coming to Jersey. When Andy learned that Jennifer stated on an Instagram Live that she was returning, he was shocked. I guess she forgot to give Andy a heads-up. A confused Andy responded during his radio show, SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “No, we’ve made no decisions on The Real Housewives,” he said. “I wish her well. Yeah. I think wait until Bravo or I say something. How about that?”

Well, Jennifer texted Andy to explain that she was clapping back at a rude person on social media. Then Jennifer claimed that Andy responded, “I knew it had to be some kind of explanation. Thanks for clarifying.” I have a feeling that Andy said more than that.

Recently, Margaret was a guest on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. And, of course, she had to share her thoughts about Jennifer’s casting misstep. “I just knew that was a mistake. You don’t do that,” Margaret stated. “You don’t be presumptuous.” She added, “You shouldn’t be cocky.”

She continued, “Until the entire cast knows and you get that call, you don’t have to clap back at people.” Margaret also shaded Jennifer, calling her “childish and ridiculous.”

However, Margaret appreciated the way that Andy handled the awkward situation. “It’s just like, bury yourself,” Margaret stated, “I don’t care. Then Andy came back and said it straight, and that was amazing.”

For her part, Jennifer is now claiming that her husband, Dr. Bill Aydin, is “not a fan” of RHONJ. “He does not want me to do it,” Jennifer said. Well, that is great news since Jennifer’s chances of returning have plummeted since she decided to cast herself in the show’s upcoming season. I mean, all those luxury cars and bathrooms aren’t going to count themselves.

Real Housewives of New Jersey is streaming on Peacock.
