Days of our Lives spoilers for June 26 tease that Kate witnesses a moment between Roman and Marlena.
Next on Days of our Lives: Kate Sees Something
Marlena (Deidre Hall) reached out to Roman (Josh Taylor) for one reason only: a serious situation involving their grandson. Rachel (Alice Halsey) had just confided in Marlena, claiming she saw Johnny (Carson Boatman) the night of his father’s shooting. He had a gun in his hand, pointing it directly at EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). With more questions than answers, Marlena turned to Roman, hoping they could piece things together and confront Johnny.
Sure enough, Johnny confessed. He admitted to taking Roman’s gun from The Pub, heading over to the DiMera mansion, and pointing it at his father. But according to him, he didn’t pull the trigger. Oddly enough, we believe him, maybe because that would’ve been too easy, right?
While reconnecting over their shared concern for Johnny, Marlena and Roman share a heartfelt moment, one that Kate (Lauren Koslow) happens to witness. Given Roman and Marlena’s long history, it’s safe to say Kate might feel a twinge of jealousy. Still, she’s grieving John, and that’s not something she’ll move on from quickly. So for now, Kate, you’re in the clear!
Xander and Sarah Clash
Meanwhile, Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) are back at it, clashing once again. Trust is still a major issue; he’s lied, she’s lied, and things are far from peaceful. The tension is real, and if they’re not careful, they could be heading for a full-blown custody battle. Can they ever put their differences aside for the sake of their daughter?
Belle Confronts EJ
Elsewhere, Days spoilers for June 26 tease that Belle (Martha Madison) confronts EJ. But about what? Maybe she’s discovered he remembers more about the night of the shooting than he’s letting on, or that he made big Rachel skip town. Whatever it is, this confrontation is a must-see.
Johnny and Gabi
And finally, Johnny and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) pitch ideas to each other. Sounds intriguing, right? We’re definitely curious to see where this one goes!
