Melissa Gorga is celebrating six months of Let’s Sprinkle
Since announcing the start of her cookie company in December 2024, Melissa has introduced more than just cookies. Now she also offers a buttery coffee cake, while seasonally customizing her products for holidays.
On April 1, she told People that her cookie business had already generated $500,000 in revenue within its first three months. Even Real Housewives of New York alum Bethenny Frankel gave her cookies a thumbs up.
“I was so overwhelmed, but also overjoyed with [the response],” she told the magazine. “Everyone went so crazy, so we knew we wanted to do something more.”
“We came up with the most amazing sprinkle coffee cake,” she continued. “It’s just so soft and so moist, … super rich, and the batter is filled with colorful sprinkles. It’s just a fun, delicious, cake, and it has a buttery streusel crumb on top. And there’s, like, a hint of vanilla in there, too. It’s really so delicious.”
The new coffee cake is very popular with Melissa’s family, too. “I have it here at my house, and we just cut away at it every time we have a cup of coffee at night,” she added. “When we want a little snack, we just keep cutting a little bit off.”
“I’m going to turn into a sprinkle, because I can’t stop,” she chuckled. Looks like the mom of three is getting the last laugh on her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, who famously threw Melissa’s Christmas sprinkle cookies in the garbage.
All episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are streaming on Peacock in the US and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
