Melissa “Wouldn’t Take Anything Back” on RHONJ

Melissa Gorga's relationship with her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice, may have been severed while the two were appearing on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but she revealed in a recent interview with BravoTV.com that she has no regrets from her time on the show.

The admission came as Melissa was weighing in on the group's dynamic after the now-famous finale dinner at Rails Steakhouse.

"I don't know where the group goes from here, but I will just say that there's been a lot of great memories with a lot of the girls," Melissa said in the video at the top of this post. "I wouldn't take anything back, but, at the end of the day, I fight for my family and my husband and my kids, and what's morally right."

Melissa went on to explain that during her 12-season run on RHONJ, she's learned a lot about herself and about her relationships.

"That's what life is about to me, it's just about being happy, and enjoying it with good friends and good people," she continued to BravoTV.com. "And keeping people around that really wish well for you and want to see you thrive and want to see you do well."

Added Melissa, "I've learned — and it might have taken me [until] my 40s to learn — that if someone doesn't wish you well, and someone doesn't clap for you or want the best for you, then it's time to remove them from your life," she concluded. "And I'm OK with that."

Where do Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice stand after RHONJ Season 14?

During the RHONJ Season 14 post-finale Off the Rails special (aka Season 14, Episode 14), which aired on August 11, Melissa reflected on the positive and negative things that have come from her time on the show.

"There’s a lot of memories, good and bad. This [show] has been a part of my life since 2010," Melissa shared in an interview on the episode. "There’s just so many emotions when you watch it all, but what I see there is done. My relationship with my husband’s family, it’s over."

Recognizing that the chapter with her sister-in-law has officially closed has been bittersweet for Melissa.

"It sucks," she said. "But at the same time I couldn't be happier, in a weird way. To be over... I feel relieved."
