After Meredith, 53, was accused of getting into a huge fight with Britani Bateman, 53, and also battling Heather Gay, 50, Whitney Rose, 38, and Angie Katsanevas, 51, over reports regarding her husband, Seth Marks, Meredith took to her Instagram Story, where she denied being removed from filming and spoke of a “smear campaign.”

“I was not suspended and have never been physically violent in my life. Please stop fostering these lies started by … Some people work overtime with their smear campaigns,” she wrote in her May 4 post.

RHOSLC Meredith Marks Denies Suspension, Suggests She's Victim on Smear Campaign

As RHOSLC fans may have seen, rumors of a supposed suspension began swirling last month as Eli’s Mouthing Off on X alleged that Meredith had called Britani “an antisemite and ped*phile.”

Around the same time, according to an insider who spoke to Bravo Snark Side on Instagram, Meredith and Britani had a “big issue” as Meredith fought with Heather, Whitney, and Angie, who reportedly brought up cheating claims against Seth.

Meanwhile, in response to the online rumors, a source told The U.S. Sun that Meredith had not been suspended from the show.

“She is not pleased about the rumors and nastiness, pun intended,” the insider declared, adding that Meredith suspected Britani had started the rumors about her in an effort to “stay relevant.”

“Meredith and Brittani get into some pretty nasty altercations and have some blowout fights but nothing that warrants a suspension,” the source continued, adding that “below the belt” topics were discussed.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season six is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
