Dr. Grace Buckingham is up to something shady. She received a one million dollar payout for her secret treatment on Liam. But something tells us that she could be scamming Bill on The Bold and the Beautiful, which makes her the messiest character this week on daytime television.
Massive Payout
Grace (Cassandra Creech) is keeping a secret from her colleagues. She’s hinted about family drama when she spoke to Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). Also, she’s recently gotten phone calls from a mystery person who won’t leave her alone. This person could be Reese (Wayne Brady), who’s her ex-husband and the father of their daughters, Zoe (Kiara Barnes) and Paris (Diamond White).
Grace needs money. She’s been involved in Liam’s (Scott Clifton) medical crisis since his collapse. So, she’s found the perfect candidate to manipulate. Liam’s father, Bill (Don Diamont), found out about his son’s prognosis, and is desperate to find a cure. He doesn’t care if he has to write a blank check. Bill is feeling regret, especially since his son got shot by Luna (Lisa Yamada).
Grace learned about Liam’s new lease on life. She pulled Bill aside for a private conversation about an experimental procedure that’s still new. But Bill will do anything for his son. There’s only a few problems. The procedure must kept secret and it costs one million dollars. Grace operated surgery on Liam this past week, and Bill wants to learn the outcome. Liam has yet to come out of his coma despite the surgery going well.
Why It’s Messy
Grace advises Bill to keep Liam away from the hospital. He was immediately released from the private facility to Bill’s house. Grace’s medical team set him up with an around-the-clock nurse. This top-secret treatment sounds risky, costly, and dangerous to Liam’s health. It could also be a waste of money for Dollar Bill
Is it possible that Liam doesn’t have cancer after all? She could end up getting arrested and losing her medical license after Liam’s cancer fakeout is exposed. Grace could be using Bill’s money to pay off her ex-husband. Obviously, Grace feels guilty about what she’s doing, but she’s doing it to protect her family. But it’s wrong to scam Liam and Bill like this, and to making them believe there was a problem to begin with.
