It’s the ultimate Bravo crossover — and one very high-end listing. “Million Dollar Listing” Los Angeles stars Josh Flagg and Josh Altman are bringing their real estate magic to “Real Housewives of Orange County“, teaming up to help Heather Dubrow sell her jaw-dropping $25 million Beverly Hills mansion.
And from the looks of the Season 19 trailer, fans can expect plenty of playful banter and big real estate moments when the new season premieres this summer.
“Only You Could Make This Happen”: Flagg and Altman Take On Heather’s Listing
“It’s a Beverly Hills and Orange County crossover for the ages,” Bravo teased, as Flagg and Altman step in to list the Dubrows’ jaw-dropping mansion.
“Hi, kids!” Heather greets the agents in the RHOC Season 19 trailer.
Why the Dubrows Are Selling Their $25M Mansion
Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, listed the property in March 2025, with Flagg and Altman handling the sale.
“I don’t know anywhere else you can get eight prime acres, sitting on top of Beverly Hills, completely unobstructed, anywhere near this price point,” Altman told TMZ.
The 8,997-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and countless amenities. As Heather joked on Instagram: “How many [Joshes] does it take to sell the best 8.3-acre Tennis court estate in Beverly Hills?” — alongside a photo of herself with the agents by the pool.
The Dubrows are ready for a change: with only their son, Ace, still at home, they plan to embrace penthouse living and travel more. “Empty nester” life is calling!
The $32M Renovation Behind the Sale
Heather and Terry purchased the estate for $16 million in 2023, following the sale of their Orange County home for $55 million, also with Altman’s help.
“Man, that view will not get old,” Altman said on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, after showing them the property. “It’s a quintessential Beverly Hills estate. Major pedigree, perched above all of L.A.”
But despite the sky-high price tag, the mansion was a fixer-upper. Heather revealed on RHOC: “This house, we’re going to take down to the studs. But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in.”
The Dubrows invested an estimated $32 million in renovations, including $2 to $3 million on landscaping, over $2 million on the guest house, and $1 million on a movie theater.
