The Cincinnati Bengals have made three picks so far in the 2025 NFL Draft, and they have three picks left to make barring any trades they put together.
Texas A&M EDGE Shemar Stewart, South Carolina linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr., and Georgia guard Dylan Fairchild were each picks made to fill large roster holes, but with just three picks remaining, they have more needs to address than they have draft capital left to work with.
How Cincinnati finishes this draft class will help determine what the bottom of the Week 1 roster looks like. Here are the Bengals' biggest remaining needs in the draft.
Defensive tackle
As previously discussed, this position could've been addressed on Thursday night in the first round. It didn't appear to be in the cards during the second or third round, but there's still just four players on the roster at this position. Logic dictates a fifth will join the team soon enough.
There was a run on interior players before the Bengals picked in the second round, and another handful were taken between their two picks Friday night. The depth of the class has a few intriguing options remaining entering this afternoon.
Best remaining options: Ty Robinson, Joshua Farmer, Deone Walker, CJ West, Aeneas Peebles
Running back
Zack Moss staying around likely confirmed a Day 2 pick at running back wasn't a realistic possibility. Moss and Samaje Perine figure to back up Chase Brown, but there remains a need to provide a true replacement for Brown's explosiveness.
The class here remains extremely deep, and there are a number of different options for Cincinnati to choose from.
Best remaining options: Dylan Sampson, Cam Skattebo, DJ Giddens, Damien Martinez, Bhayshul Tuten
Offensive tackle
The Bengals are obviously set at both starting spots with Orlando Brown Jr. in his prime and Amarius Mims hoping to enter it very soon, but behind them is pretty much nothing. Cody Ford may fill that role if Fairchild beats him for the battle at left guard, but Cincinnati can find a better, younger option instead.
Early Day 3 was always the best time to address this need, and a handful of available players really fit the bill for what they look for at the position.
Best remaining options: Marcus Mbow, Cameron Williams, Hollin Pierce, Logan Brown, Jalen Travis
Safety
There was a possibility for the Bengals taking a safety as early as the second round, but Knight became the pick instead.
At this point, it's unlikely any safety picked from here on out will be able to boot Geno Stone off the roster, and the depth behind him and Jordan Battle is intriguing enough to potentially punt on the position entirely, but it's worth listing here anyways.
Best remaining options: Billy Bowman Jr., Latham Ransom, RJ Mickens, Jaylen Reed, Hunter Wohler
